Artist-blacksmith and Nestmaker Susan Bond installed a custom handrail at NestingCards' founder Jana Kemp's home. "The front porch needed dressing up and completion after the house was newly painted. The old wooden rail was functional but not at all eye-appealing," says Jana. Working together, Jana and Susan agreed on a design that will serve the house for a lifetime. Nestled in a well-treed river area, the leaf embellishments are fitting. The straight lines of the handrail mirror the straight-line design of the house.
